Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Diesel)
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on our fleet of diesel-powered heavy machinery
Asphalt Luteman / Raker
The Luteman is a vital member of the team responsible for distributing, leveling, and smoothing hot asphalt to create a uniform and high-quality road surface. This role requires a high degree of physical stamina, attention to detail, and seamless teamwork with the rest of the paving crew.
Roller Operator
The operator will be responsible for compacting materials like asphalt, soil, and gravel to the correct density and smoothness for roads, parking lots, and other surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with the team.
Screed Operator
As the screed operator, you will be responsible for controlling the screed unit on our paving machine to ensure the smooth, even, and consistent application of asphalt or concrete on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and works effectively as part of a team.
